In the video I gotta feeling by B.E.P. where can I buy that paint they used?

So in the video they have paint that glows under a black light. I really want that paint. I want to put it on my walls. I want to get my nephews hands and foot prints on it. And maybe even Transformers stuff =) ha ha
Where can I buy this kinda paint that will only be seen under a black light?
I really don't want it to ruin my walls.

Oh and will it always glow under a black light? Or will it fade after a year or two?
