In the video game Need for Speed Undergroud 2?

I decided to dust off my original xbox and play some need for speed underground 2, anyways ive been at it for a couple of days now and i've gotton first in every race, unlocked everything that can be unlocked and dont like 250 "outrun" races, yet my game completion status is only 98% percent(now i remember why i put it away in the first place), does anyone know how i can beat the game 100%? Thanks
