...lawyers, so it isn't? How can this situation be solved? If OJ was poor, he could not have afforded the "dream team", and would have most probably been found guilty. Thus, Justice is NOT blind, and can be bribed by the wealthy.
Here is my solution to the problem: ALL lawyers are put into a pool, and randomly appointed by the court to your case. Then it's all luck of the draw, you might get a good lawyer, might get a bad one. 100% fair and blind.
And for the lawyers? They get raises based on how many cases they win. Good lawyers get paid more, bad lawyers get paid less. Just like it works now. Fair for everyone.
