That mother, who is a heroin addict has had three children all born addicted and one suffered a heart attack and died because of withdrawal symptoms. What do you think should be done?
 
Slap her silly. After the first was born she should have been sterilised and then by order of the Law MADE to come off heroine. Cold turkey, methodone whatever, just say 'get off it or go to prison because she is not only damaging herself but she has damaged three other lives, one fatally.
 
Target the dealers, take them out,take out the poppy fields just be tough for once....But not in our life time, too many coward governments......The dealers have more power than any government figure...
