convicted in court martial? Does it go on your permanent civillian record, and does it show up in background checks?
There was no dishonorable discharge or anything involved, the charges were basically dropped but i want to know if that being in jail shows up.
There was NO crime or no conviction, once there was a hearing after 5 days the person was released and sent back to the company
The only reason the person was sent to pretrial is because that person refused a non-judicial punishment and requested the SPECIAL court martial
Being held by the military, not by civilians. Just as a detainee
There was no court martial, the court martial was only because it was requested, then they dropped the court martial, and it went down to a non-judicial punishment, but would the 5 days that this person spent in county jail for the military go on civilian records?
