...allegedly accused of raping, murdering and decapitating another female Marine. The suspected murderer has supposedly, as he runs from the law chasing him for these crimes, escaped to Mexico.

When the term "Mexican National" is used ...does this mean this man, who is an American Marine Corp soldier is in fact/reality a Mexican citizen and has apparently gone back to his country.

I have heard that the USA allows people from other countries to fight in our military. Is this true? How can the USA justify hiring a non citizen to fight for us?
Daniel f: I ask about this one cuz it's NOW news. Also, I GUESS the USA hires non citizens to work in the service. THAT's scarey to me ...cuz when you do this ...they run back to Mother country when they do wrong ...and GET AWAY WITH IT! Wonder how that girl's family feels? Not much different than the family who's Father was killed by a drunk illegal, I would imagine.
 
God will deal with him accordingly. Or maybe he'll die from the terrible living conditions in Mexico...

WHAT??? The libs aren't crying a river since he has to live in poor Old Mexico...shouldn't he just cross the border illegally and get fake ID's and work for cash and get amnesty like all the others???
 
Why do you mention only this one, many US service people have been accused and convicted for rape and murder, Not to mention torture of the enemy's POWs. Could it just be because of his place of birth, that you mention this one.Thats discrimination.
 
He was born in Mexico and he probably has duel citizenship. We should stop this policy of dual citizenship because we do not know to which country they are most loyal. Mexico will not extradite persons charged with capital crimes in the USA, unless the US prosecuting attorney promises not to seek the death penalty. We should send Dog in after this guy; it might redeem him in the public's eyes!
 
I think they are offered citizenship after their term is up. Personally, I don't think we should offer mexicans much anymore. The statistics are too scary.
 
He was born in Mexico and was naturalized as a citizen. He has relatives back in Mexico and his truck was found one block from the Raliegh/Durham airport. This airport has daily flights to Mexico.
