In the game Patchwork Heroes...?

...I've gotten the highest rank possible (over 10,000 screws) and I've unlocked everything in Records.

But for some reason, the extra 40 levels in Challenges say I can't open them yet.
How do I open these Challenge levels?
Do I have to beat certain levels in Story Mode on a certain Difficulty?
