In the coolant system, which heater core line is the heater core intake on a 1995

mazda b2300 2.3L 4-cyl.? I'm installing a T-fitting in my coolant system so I can easily flush my coolant system with the prestone flush kit. It says to install the T-fitting on the hose going to the heater core, but I am finding it hard to distinguish which one is the heater core intake. Both the intake and output go to the firewall. One line is going to the thermostat housing, the other one, down below the engine. Which one is the heater core intake?

Any help would be much appreciated.
