I have to give a speech on the book, and i need some argument points. I have to assume the character of michael and, at the end of the novel, i have to go to government of rigo and convince them that people with physical and mental differences are not deviations and should not be outlawed or sent to the fringes...
Thanks in advance

I think you'll have to convince the government that differences are actually beautifying... and you may have to bring a 'deviant' or two with you, to surprise and delight them.

Don't put on a show in your speech, by acting like these real people are dancing bears, but appeal to the soft underbelly the government may have, or some soft spot somewhere. Or appeal to the government as if you are simply speaking common sense. Keep it simple and factual.

Let your speech reflect the fact that you, a non-deviant, have known and loved deviants for this (a), that(b), and the other(c) reasons: mainly for their differences. Show brilliance.

(easy for me to say, huh?)
Luck to you.
