In Texas, which is better: Time Warner Cable to ATT U-Verse?

Time Warner is the best its cable and it works most of the time. i mean if you don't care about tv then use the other stuff but this is the best and the internet is best and phone service.
 
We have had TWC for a few years, but we were looking into new options (especially with the DVRs, and wireless internet). We have not had too many problems with TWC, even though during storms the service would be spotty, and the wireless internet would work about 70% of the time.
We just moved to a new house, but I wanted to see what people's opinions are, and why they switched, or kept their current service. It would be nice to have the $200 card promotion, even with the taxes that may need to be claimed.
