Never issued a marriage license but went to courthouse to make it official for insurance purposes. No kids involved. House is in man's name only.....woman is fine with him keeping it. Together approx. for 7 years......legally common law via courthouse visit for 2 years. If she changes her mind about the house, could that be an issue?
