I am trying to sell my bicycle on craigslist, and the question has come up does the frame have horizontal dropouts... that makes no sense to me if that is where the axle goes into the frame, they appear to be vertical. Am i making any sense?
I just answered your question did you bother to look at the photographs ? The middle and bottom photo's have the slots in a horizontal plane so moving the wheel forward and back will adjust the chain tension.
