In restaurant story, how long does it take for food to spoil?

Like is there a set time for certain foods to spoil?

I've heard that it takes half the time that it took to spoil (ex: it takes 2 hours to cook, it'll take 1 hour to spoil)

Or is it the same time limit (2 hours to cook, 2 hours to spoil)

Help me!!!!!!!
