i'v been watching ranma 1/2 and so far all akane and ranma do is argue theirs been a few moments and a few times they nearly fully confessed but they arn't 100% yet in any episode around or after season 4 do they ever confess fully to eachother and end up together by the final episode? just say yes or no please don't give too many spoilers.
