in pre made sandwiches, do they use specific things in the mayo, or added ingredients?

when having something like chicken salad in a pre made sandwich, the mayo is always much nicer than the mayo you get out of a jar, eg. Hellman's mayo. i was wondering if they do something to it, or add something, for example sometimes they put on something like pepper corns or is it that? or something else? thanks for all suggestions, please no boring this or that :) byee x
