Your question is unclear.
If an object is moving with no forces (other than gravity) acting on it there will be a vertical acceleration downwards but the horizontal speed will be constant - no acceleration.
If there is a horizontal force acing (air resistance or thrust - as in an aircraft) there will be acceleration (positive or negative)
