in photoshop how can you make something go leaving the background there?

a mate has got glasses on but the tag is hanging down on her face how can i make it go
 
you can do this very easily with stamp tool click alt button on the near the stamp and then click on the stamp the of (alt) selected is appear on stamp after more the stamp will remove completely .
