in order to get the bike upright, what speed do you need to leave the ground with?

you're trying to get on a double decker bike. one way to get on the bike would be to start with the bike lying on its side. with one leg on a pedal and the other leg on the ground, push off the ground to rotate the bike into an upright position.

derive a formula to answer the question, evaluate the units and reasonableness of the formula, and then put in real numbers
