call it a starting value,? cell b1 - m1 holds data from .1 to 10. If the data is a 10 then i need the starting value to increase by .2. If the data is .1 to 9.9 i need the starting value to decrease by .1 and end up in cell s1. ie, a1=6.4 data for jan, b1=10. feb, c1=7, d1=4,e1=10. The first 10 would raise the 6.4 by .2 to 6.6 and the 7 would lower it .1 for a 6.5 the 4 would lower it again to 6.4 and the 10 would raise it to 6.6 any months with 0 should not affect the output in s1.
