in Nokia 5800, do you still need to keep the songs in your PC once you've transferred

it to the cellphone? the songs are already on my phone. i am hoping that i can delete the songs from my computer cause it takes up too much space. i'm just worried that if i do that all the songs might be deleted once i connect the phone to Nokia Music (which is at the computer) again to update new songs.

so is Nokia 5800 capable of transferring songs from the cellphone and PC and back? will all my songs be deleted once i remove them from the computer? any help would be appreciated. PLEASE. thanks in advance.
