did a binding contract and put? down a small deposit. the day we did it the real estate agent told us the seller got another offer and she has to tell the buyer. this was 11/13. As of 11/16 we havent heard anything. By new york state law how long are we supposed to wait for an answer I forgot to put down a time frame we want to hear from the seller.
