pre-employment background check? I am looking for a job and am in the process of obtaining a MMC, but am unsure that though it is legal to possess marijuana if I will be turned away due to my MMC holding. Also, if I am drug tested, if the MMC is a reason to fail the test, in the way you have a prescription for narcotics. Also, will police that "run" my plates when I am in front of them be able to know that I am a MMC holder before they pull me over? (It will say MMC on my driver's license.)
