Today I was watching the video for Janie's Got A Gun by Aerosmith, and was wondering if "Janie" would have had any jail time for the murder of her father?
If a girl is sexually abused by her father or step father, and murders him, would she get away with self defensive? Or would this be 1st or 2nd degree murder?
