On my birthday, my parents presented me with a car. It had a bow on the hood and everything. Because it was a gift, I consider it mine. However, my dad thinks it belongs to him because I don't make the payments on it. My dad likes to drive my car (even though he has a truck that I'm not allowed to drive) and smoke in it, even though I ask him not to. He says it's his car and he can do what he wants with it. What do you think?
