In Mississippi, Is it legal to lock out someone from a business property?

I am leasing out a commerical property in Mississippi. Then tenant has failed to pay rent and is currently behind $3000.00. I gave his an eviction notice that stated that if he didn't pay up that he would be evicted. The 15 days are almost up, does anyone know if I can lock him out legally?

If you followed all the requirements, yes, you can.

yeah you need to get a writ of execution from the court.....and then an officer will be able to assist you in getting him out.
