& living together? We are in a constant battle with my husbands ex girlfriend i.e. the mother of his child. She started dating her lawyer shortly after custody was settled (her lawyer even went as far as changing the judge to one he was friends with). She continues to threaten my husband with legal action if she doesn't get her way on things. Her lawyer has sent letters from his office to my husband still acting as her attorney. I need to know if it is legal for argument sake. And to maybe take a little edge off when she threatens him.
