...to present case against me? I am currently involved in a juvenile dependency court case in Los Angeles county. Lancaster to be exact. It has been going on for two months and no evidence has been presented against me. I know that in criminal court, the prosecution is limited to 60 days to present evidence and continue to trial. As i said before, there has been no evidence presented and we keep continuing the matter. How long does the prosecution, or the county have to present something before the case can be dismissed?
