In-laws how to tell off?

Had a run in with MIL (horrible manipulative gossiping lying woman)and well I have just had it so I told her that is it for me stay away from me. Now she said I blocked her on my husbands MSN to try to cause problems and he believed her LOL whatever. I didn't. She just constantly lies and manipulates and than she thinks she can just play nice like nothing happened and visit. How do I tell somebody I don't want them around my kids or myself other than that as I have done?
 
if this is your mother in law, play sweet. you are marred to her baby, you can,t win this war, mothers aways come frist, so smile and be sweet,your man will thank you are a sant, and she will never know what to say or thank,
