In Japan, there is a rule of writing the personal history by hand.
You must not write the personal history with the PC.
(The opinion that you may write the personal history with the PC has increased recently, too. )

Does the foreigner know such a rule is in Japan?
I want to hear foreigner's opinion.

I think that this rule is very foolish.
