So I'm having trouble beating the boss Gutsco, and i know if i can find some arctic winds and duplicate them then i will totally defeat him. But i cant find arctic winds anywhere! I heard that u have to have thief stronger then level 25 and steal from enemies from the sea. But i keep on getting potions! Can someone please tell where can i really get arctic winds? Thanks! =]
