I have been looking around at some group of exercises I can do to lose weight, and one thing I never really understood, was the whole "reps" and "sets" thing. I know they mean just a group of something but if someone says do 3 sets of a certain something, do they mean do like it 3 times right after another or like do 1 set then wait a certain amount of time, then do another set and so on? I have always found this terminology confusing.
