I live in Raleigh, NC and I have no idea how to celebrate my birthday. I know I want to go out and I know I don't want to spend a huge amount of money, but I don't mind spending some, maybe under $100 or so. All my friends that I'm planning on inviting range from 22-17 so the ideas have to be 17 and up. I was thinking of going somewhere that had a bar for the elders. I know I want something fun, crazy, loud, and exciting. But I don't want anyone to be bored. If you have any ideas please please please let me know. Also, has anyone been to ugly monkey next to flying saucer? If so what its like and how is it? Thanks again in advance!
