Does the lawyer generally know the truth before representing the man in court. Does the lawyer know the whole truth (i.e that he did commit the crime) before compiling information that may be used against the woman who got beat up? Or does the lawyer actually genuinely believe that the woman made it up?
In domestic violence cases..do wife beaters usually admit their crime to their lawyer?
