In desperate need of help, how to sketch an image off a shirt to a piece of paper.?

ok I am making tshirts for a friend they want the image off a old shirt on new shirts. So i need to some how make a perfect copy off the shirt burn it to a screen and silk screen it to a new shirt. I cant figure out how to copy the image to the computer and then copy it to the transparency paper to burn it to the screen
