In Countries that draft only men, should women have equal rights?

They don't contribute equally to society and many women in these countries (i.e. South Korea and Singapore) are very lazy, entitlement filled, and selfish so why should the be given the same rights without the same responsibilities?

Is mandatory male conscription proof that life is easier for women in these countries considering that most of them of full gender equality and strict laws protecting women?
