...ships could? I was conquering open territories left and right with the galleon ships but now, with a cruiser and submarine, I can't dock anywhere and get off the boat. Also, I can't move certain aspects of my territories. I.E. I have a militia that is stuck between two English territories and a Cruiser that is in the water right up next to an English Island and the game never asks me if I want to move them. Why?
