In Chat, why does the Emoticons in the send window show as script and not in the

sent window.? The past 2 weeks I've had a problem ,not having the blue CHAT and MOBILE TEXT box under my folders . OFF and ON it would show. Today ,it's on . I go to the send box on the lower right of screen ,type my message and go to add an Emoticon. It shows up as script in the send box and goes to the character(s) I've selected in the sent box. What's up with that ?
