Went to see this while I was in Belfast last week.

I was a bit put off by Colin Farrell as I think he's an actor who's become amazingly lucky in recent years, but his double act with Brendan Gleeson is an absolute joy. Ralph Finnes is very good too as the gangster boss, as is the belltower man and the actress who plays the pregnant hotel owner.
Basically, a London shooting goes wrong and Gleeson and Farrells' characters are sent to Bruges to wait their next instructions from Finnes' character, who decides Gleeson's character must kill Farrell's character because of the botched shooting.
Best film I've seen in years.
