In Big Cat Diary, are some of the cats CGI?

I suspect they may be. Either that, or being operated by puppeteers. There is no way a Lion would attack a Zebra in reality, I shouldn't think.
CGI = Computer Generated Imagery.

Like the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park are.
 
Why wouldn't a lion attack a zebra? Males do hunt from time to time and zebra are prey items for them.
