As long as you are not at a senior military college (VMI, Citadel, Texas A&M) then you will usually only wear it the one day a week that you have class and lab. You will also wear the APFT when you have organized PT which is usually three days per week.
Well it depends on where you go. In my old ROTC unit in college, we didn't wear uniforms unless we were doing a training weekend or an official function.
