There have been several gods associated with goat-heads or horns or some such, as many ancient Gods have been closely associated with the wild and hunting. It wasn't so much as they were involved with orgies as they were simply horny-- the natural, carnal state of the male godhead.

Baphomet is probably what you mean, though, he's the famous one from horror movies associated with Satan and such, associated with orgies and Witches and black masses and such.

He was never actually a Pagan God, just a Christian myth about some guy Pagans were worshipping from the middle ages.

Occultists latched onto him in the early 19th century, Elphias Levi drew that famous image of Baphomet sitting cross-legged with a goat head and a pentagram on his brow and angel wings.

Fiction has often associated him with the devil ever since.

like whenever i see documentaries, religious articles, movies, or some ritual stories
theres this man with a deerhead or goathead involving himself with orgies
what did it signify?

Well, I'm not totally up on that, but when this figure is seen in religious or ritual settings it usually represents the Horned God. Some claim that the Horned God is Satan or the devil or some malevolent being anyway, but I think those beliefs came about when Christianity was growing by forcing everyone to become Christian.

I personally think the Horned God is much older than Satan and represents ancient powers having to do with nature and strength.
