...should be starred? I refer to the old ladies from Hollywood in the age of 30's-60's.
I think the roles would be perfects if:
Lynette Scavo/Lindquist (Felicity Huffman) would played by Katherine Hepburn, her part in Adam's Rib, for example. Her husband it must be played by Spencer Tracy, of course.
Susan Delfino/ Mayer/Bremmer (Teri Hatcher), although she is the main character and Shelley Winters almost always is a supporting role, this actress has a great intensity and intelligence, and if you had seen her in A Place In The Sun and even Lolita by Stanley Kubrick, her sweetness and innocence make her the most perfect actress for this paper, in my opinion.
Bree Hodge/ Van De Kamp/Mason (Marcia Cross) is for no other just Bette Davis, just remember her in The Little Foxies!
Gabrielle Solís/ Lang/ Solís/ Marquez (Eva Longoria) I think that a younger actress (respect to the other actresses) it would be the most suitable, so the beautiful, charismatic and strong Elizabeth Taylor could be amazing.
Edie Williams/ Britt/ McLane (Nicollette Sheridan), blond, sexy and some superficial, is right with the classical picture of Marilyn Monroe.
