In an high class restaurant when your professional server, ' personally

recommends or makes...? ...a suggestion'
to you for your dinner choice that night from the menu; what do you really think?

A.) They are being honest and want to professionally share their knowledge with you about the restaurants specialties and chef's talents?

B). They are just trying to unload what ever it is they have too much of that night and the chef is promoting this to save $ on spoilage? As in they bought to much of this one thing and it is moving slow on the menu that week, so they start 'personally recommending it'.
