In America, would I look ridiculous on this biking outfit?

I can't wear shades because my vision is bad so I wear glasses, t-shirt, shorts and flip flops. I only do this during summer in SoCal.

I wouldnt say so... and, even though we do things a bit different out west, So Cal is still America my friend, lol.

I would highly recommend that you stick with actual shoes though, I saw a very bad mishap involving some flip flops and biking that can best be described as meat grinder action....
