Whenever the issue is mentioned, like after Columbine, or recently, when people were parading weapons in public near the president, there is a mass of people who explode onto the scene and defend weapon ownership before anyone ever has a chance to open their mouth. It has to be organized...
But who is behind it? Is this the work of terrorists (domestic and foreign) who want to ensure a stable supply of guns? Is it organized crime groups who need guns to maintain their reign of terror and grip on drugs and crime? Is it weapons traffickers? The NRA? All of the above?

I disagree strongly. Go and tell this to our men in Iraq and Afghanistan. Why is it so dangerous there? Because everyone there has weapons.
