In After Effects CS5, I'm rendering an avi to flv file and want to know the best

settings.? I'm making a video for my website and when I used the default settings in AE it came out to around 11mb and that was way too big. When I take down the bitrate to around 300kb the size is good but the quality is horrible! I'm trying to target 3-4mb for a 49 second video.

It all depends on what effects you use..11 mb seems pretty small you can try exporting as an H.264
