Is giving an employee 3 hours a week for part time work illegal?
I have been at this job for almost a year, i am now 5 1/2 months pregnant. About a month ago at my review they told me it went well and were going to give me more hours, seems they have cut me down again.. The past 2 weeks they have only given me 3 hours a week, If they fire me can i get them for discrimination? ~ I work as a hostess at a restaurant.
A raise was promised also and i never got that either.
