In a Libertarian country can a individual compete in courts with Groups of People?

Republicans argue that companies are Groups Of People or GOP for giggles. So how does individual money compete in court with Group Of People money when a product kills their kid. And with a limited government do you have to wait for one kid to get killed before a recall is done or the government can step it. Or do we need the underfunded USDA to check the meat before it gets to kids?
