...hospital bill.paid to me? can i negotiate and pay my hospital bill instead of ins.paying them out
of my claim am i in my right to direct my lawyer to have those funds paid to me and i deal with the hospital myself
 
depends, sometimes if it's an accident and you didn't have insurance the hospital will actually file a judgement for their money and if you did have insurance, the insurance company can try and collect that directly too, but not as easily.
It's tempting to get the BI money and not pay the hospital but they will either attach a lien straight to the settlement or they will try and get a judgement against you personally. They don't play around.
