Fuel enters from left, Air enters from right or the preburner. The exhaust is dumped into the turbine from the preburner and released (follow orange arrow). Thats my take on the diagram

...discarded? I'm doing an little research into rocket engines, and I've found the below diagram (link) which does not specify exactly where the exhaust from the pre-burner goes. Just a quick question. Thanks.
